What is PCS Fitness Coaching?
Hey, I’m Paul—founder of PCS Fitness Coaching, lover of strong coffee, Strava Kudos, and helping high-performing men stop treating their bodies like a neglected LinkedIn profile.
Once upon a time (okay, not that long ago), I was that guy—grinding away at work, juggling responsibilities, and slowly morphing into a spreadsheet with legs. I was “successful” on paper, sure—but under-slept, over-stressed, and sporting a dad bod without the kids to justify it.
Eventually, I got sick of wasting away the weekends and the jaded Monday mornings. I made the decision to take back control of my health—and let’s just say things escalated. I rebuilt myself from the ground up—physically, mentally, emotionally. Fast forward to now, and I’m a hybrid athlete, which basically means I like to lift heavy stuff and run long distances… voluntarily, and I’m known to (very rarely) share this on Instagram.
That transformation didn’t just give me abs (though, yes, they showed up eventually)—it gave me the energy, clarity, and bulletproof confidence to show up bigger in every part of life. And now, through PCS Fitness Coaching, I help other ambitious men do the same.
My coaching is built for real life: think tight schedules, high-stress roles, and zero tolerance for BS. No gimmicks, no shouting about carbs—just smart, effective training and mindset strategies that fit into your world and actually work, supported with the first-hand experience of having to train around a job that involved weekend work, night shifts, and constantly squeezing the work phone into my pocket everywhere I went.
So, if you’re a career-focused guy who’s tired of letting his health lag behind his hustle, I’ve got you. Together, we’ll simplify your fitness, sharpen your mindset, and turn you into the kind of man who owns the room—and the gym.
This isn’t just a workout plan. It’s a full-system upgrade.

“Before I started working with Paul, I wasn’t sure if online coaching would really work for someone like me—busy job, long hours, and a history of good intentions that never stuck. But from the first chat, Paul just got it. No fluff, no generic plans—he listened, asked the right questions, and built something that actually fit around my life.
What really stood out was how focused he was on the stuff that trips most people up: the small, daily habits that quietly do the damage. He didn’t just hand me a plan and wish me luck—he helped me tackle the bad habits I didn’t even realise were holding me back. And more importantly, he held me to it. Proper accountability, not just ticking boxes.
Paul’s also just a genuinely good guy. Down to earth, easy to talk to, and clearly cares about what he does. You never feel like just another client. He checked in regularly, made adjustments when things got hectic, and always made it feel doable—even on weeks where I felt off-track.
I’m in a far better place now—physically and mentally—and a lot of that comes down to Paul’s guidance and support. Can’t recommend him enough.”

“Paul played a pivotal role in my transition from a casual Gym goer who only ever trained the T-Shirt muscles, and intermittently too, to a ‘Hybrid Athlete’ dare I say. My coaching with Paul began following a serious decline in motivation towards the gym, whether that be due to work volume or just a satisfaction plateau.
The goal was to compete in a Hyrox event, and with later persuasion and some ‘ambition over ability’ from my part, I was signed up to 3 Hyroxes and a Half Marathon.
Paul helped me adjust from a disgusting calorie surplus and non functional egotistical lifting, to a well rounded diet with all the foundations and tools to compete in endurance based sports. This was all done around my schedule, as I work in exhibitions I am subject to frequent weekend work and working away.
Starting out, I was barely able to break a 5.30m/km pace for a 5k run. My functional fitness, in particular my lower body strength, was inexistent. There was a lot of work to be done to complete what I had signed up for.
The best part about Paul’s coaching wasn’t the flexibility, it was that it was a genuine plan to improve. Everything was tailored to help me get better, it wasn’t just a workout plan from the shelf. Every step of the way, he had the next step ahead planned out, the next run, the next gym session, the next challenge.
Before I knew it, I completed a doubles Hyrox in October 2024 with a time of 1 Hour 12. I then went onto complete another doubles Hyrox achieving a time of 1 Hour 7, a Half Marathon of 1 Hour 46, and finally, my most proudest accomplishment; a Solo’s Hyrox with a time of 1 Hour 22 in May 2025.
I’m now at a level of fitness that I didn’t think was possible with the work schedule I had and the social life I didn’t want to give up. That 5.30m/km pace struggle has dropped to a comfortable 4.30m/km like a walk in the park.
I’m now signed up to another Half Marathon and Hyrox for the back end of 2025, and will continue to utilise Paul’s coaching to help attain my overly ambitious goals.”
